Nyarugenge Campus

It is located in Kigali city next to Serena Hotel. It is the Headquarter for two colleges: College of Science and Technology and College of Medicine and Health Sciences. Besides that it hosts branches of the college of Arts and Social Science and the College of Science and Technology.

CAMPUSES: Huye, Nyarugenge, Kicukiro, Rusizi and Busogo

Huye Campus

It is located in Huye town in 150 km south of the capital city of Kigali. UR Huye campus is the Headquarter for the College of Arts and Social Sciences but accommodates other four colleges of the University of Rwanda namely College of Business and Economics, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, College of Science and Technology, College of Agriculture, Animal Sciences and Veterinary Medicine. It is surrounded by Arboretum de Ruhande which hosts a number of animal species including monkeys, birds, bats, and a lot of insects. It is the largest campus of the University of Rwanda in terms of the students’ population as it has 9,000 students.

Rusizi  Campus

It is located on the shores of Lake Kivu in Rusizi Town in less than 5 Km to the City of Bukavu, Capital of the Southern Kivu Province. It serves as a branch of the College of Business and Economics.

Busogo Campus

It is located in Musanze Town, Northern Province in 120 km from Kigali City in the region of Volcanic National Park. This campus is the Headquarter for the College of Agriculture, Animal Sciences and Veterinary Medicine.
